COFFEE

Being a traditional "It's organic, Don't panic" polyculture farm, we believe in the farm to cup model. Unlike many of world coffees Indian -B.B hills is geologically ancient, dating back more than 100 million years. The long history has resulted in soils with a high iron content – thought to affect coffee flavor. Coffee is grown in the shade of the rainforest trees and processed with 2 distinct methods.
Sun-Ripe Cherry: Once ripe the red berries are handpicked, sun-dried in Shade. These coffees roast to a beautiful deep brown which results in a wild, fruity, complexly sweet full bodied cup.
Wet Processed : We also process parchment beans which are pulped and washed by foot and left to ferment overnight which gives characteristic flavour to our coffee. The result is a wild, fruity, complexly sweet with a slightly fermented after taste.

Both these blends are available from 250 gms and upwards. For whole sale orders kindly contact us with your queries.
